The OCHO OCHO Partner Programme is open to food bloggers, content creators, community groups, Asian community organisations, local businesses, restaurants, cafes and influencers. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information on application.
When a customer clicks your unique referral link a 30-day cookie and session record is stored. If that customer places and completes a paid order within 30 days of the first click, the referral is credited to you.
You earn 5% of the order subtotal placed by customers who click your referral link. Commission is calculated on the amount paid after discounts, before delivery fees. All amounts are stored to two decimal places.
Commissions are paid on the 1st of every month by UK bank transfer or PayPal, depending on your saved payment method. The minimum payout threshold is £10. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next month.
Partners must not use spam, misleading claims, paid advertising that bids on OCHO OCHO brand terms, or any deceptive tactics to generate referrals. Cookie stuffing and self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
OCHO OCHO reserves the right to suspend or remove any partner who breaches these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or damages the brand. Suspended accounts cannot access the portal or withdraw credits.
You may terminate your partnership at any time by contacting us. OCHO OCHO may terminate a partnership with notice. Pending commission on orders already completed at the time of termination will still be paid.
If a referred order is cancelled or fully refunded, the commission is clawed back in full. If an order is partially refunded, a proportional slice of the commission is reversed. Commission already credited is clawed back automatically when a refund is processed.
